This shoe feels like a quiet conversation between my past and where I see Orée going. As my personal taste continues to evolve, I’ve noticed how my approach to design and my relationship with the things I create has shifted. The Davis feels almost like a farewell to earlier chapters of my work, while offering a subtle preview of what’s to come. It borrows familiar elements like the trusted @vibram outsole and construction details seen in past models but blends them with new ideas I’ve been quietly wrestling with. Is it a derby? Is it a loafer? There’s a sort of battle you go through during the design process between form and function, tradition and experimentation and this shoe feels like the result of that internal tug-of-war.

Caldera “Café Brown”
This marks the final colorway for our Caldera Boot. Rather than developing an entirely new style, we focused on transformation—repurposing existing stock to create something distinctly new. In line with past projects, we teamed up once again with a local cobbler for a small-batch dye experiment.
The process begins with a base of light brown leather. Using a combination of black dye and hand-layered techniques, each pair is slowly worked into a rich, deep tone. The result is a warm, dark brown we call “Café”—a color with depth, subtle shifts, and character that feels both refined and lived-in.
This project is as much about creativity as it is about responsibility. At our core, we believe in reworking what already exists—finding beauty in reinvention.
Fall/Winter 2025: Cyber-Americana
The Fall/Winter 2025 collection is a culmination of my lifelong fascination with traditional Americana — a deep well of inspiration drawn from the rich histories of military clothing, workwear, and classic menswear. Each piece reflects a reverence for craftsmanship and utility, while also pushing these traditions forward into a new, more fluid context.
My primary goal for this collection was to bridge the gap between these seemingly distinct worlds. Rather than isolating them, I sought to weave their influences together — highlighting the strength of military uniforms, the resilience of workwear, and the understated elegance of traditional menswear. The result is a wardrobe that feels both grounded in the past and responsive to the present.
At its core, Cyber-Americana is an exploration of the relationship between garment and wearer. These clothes are not meant to be static artifacts; they are designed to evolve with the individual — picking up memories, movement, and character through daily life. Every crease, every fade, every mark tells a story, deepening the bond between person and garment over time.
Ultimately, this collection is about connection — to history, to craft, and to self. It invites the wearer to step into a lineage of resilience and reinvention, while carving out their own path forward.
