The Morgan Infantry Lace Up Derby fits true to size. We recommend selecting your usual EU or US size for the intended fit.
Last & Proportion:
Built on the same last as the original Infantry Lace Up Combat Boot, the Morgan features a slightly wider forefoot and rounded toe profile that provides additional room through the toe box while maintaining a secure fit through the waist and heel.
Material & Break-In:
Crafted from smooth calfskin leather, the upper offers a balanced combination of structure and comfort from the first wear. The leather will gradually soften and adapt to your foot over time while retaining the silhouette and support expected from a traditional derby construction.
Entry & Function:
The open derby lacing system allows for greater adjustability across the instep, making the shoe accommodating for a wider range of foot shapes while maintaining the military-inspired proportions of the original Infantry design.
Width:
Standard width with a naturally accommodating forefoot due to the last shape. Most wearers will find the fit comfortable immediately, with additional flexibility developing as the leather breaks in.
Longevity of Fit:
With continued wear, the smooth calfskin upper will mold to the contours of your foot, creating a more personalized fit while preserving the structure and support of the shoe.
Recommendation:
Available in full sizes only. The fit is identical to the original Infantry Lace Up Combat Boot. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down to the nearest full size for the best fit.
