Caldera Combat Boot "Café"

This marks the final colorway for our Caldera Boot. Rather than developing an entirely new style, we focused on transformation repurposing existing stock to create something distinctly new. In line with past projects, we teamed up once again with a local cobbler for a small-batch dye experiment.The process begins with a base of light brown leather. Using a combination of black dye and hand-layered techniques, each pair is slowly worked into a rich, deep tone. The result is a warm, dark brown we call “Café” a color with depth, subtle shifts, and character that feels both refined and lived-in. This project is as much about creativity as it is about responsibility. At our core, we believe in reworking what already exists finding beauty in reinvention.The result is a boot with the character of a well-worn classic complete with organic creases, subtle color variations, and a timeworn charm that usually takes decades to achieve.
