The Sergio Bounty Hunter Engineer Boot returns as the follow up to our original release, now developed in a deep Ox Blood finish through a full object dye process.Constructed using a combination of Shell Cordovan horse leather and Cullata, each pair carries a heavily textured and uneven surface that gives the boot a naturally worn and broken-in appearance from the start.


Due to the complexity of the leather, dye process, and finishing involved, every pair is fully handmade and produced in extremely small batches.

    FIT RECOMMENDATION

    Due to the object-dye and wash process used on this version, the Sergio Engineer Boot fits approximately half a size larger than our standard sizing.

    During the finishing process, the Shell Cordovan and Cullata are repeatedly washed, dyed and softened. This relaxes the structure of the leather, creating slightly more internal volume and a softer fit than the original unwashed construction.

    We recommend taking your usual Orée size for a roomier fit, or sizing down if you prefer a more secure fit or are between sizes.


    SIZE & FIT:

    Runs approximately half a size large.


    SIZING EXAMPLE:

    If you normally wear an EU 43 / US 10, you can stay with an EU 43 for a slightly roomier fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down to an EU 42 / US 9.


    BREAK-IN:

    Although the wash process has already softened the Shell Cordovan and Cullata considerably, the leather will continue to relax and form to the foot with wear.


    IDEAL FIT:

    The boot should feel secure through the instep and ankle with a firm but comfortable entry. A small amount of initial heel movement is normal with an engineer boot and should settle as the leather forms to the foot.


    BETWEEN SIZES:

    If you are between sizes, we recommend going down to the next size rather than up. The leather has already been softened through the wash process and will continue to ease and conform to the foot with wear.
